Happy Valentine’s Day (It’s a giveaway)!
Brian and I already exchanged gifts this morning.
I was too excited to wait until tonight. I got Brian a card of course, but I actually wrote something inside besides my name, he was impressed! The movie Facing the Giants, a coupon for an extra long back rub, a giant Reese’s peanut butter heart, and a Valentine’s themed nightie (for ME to wear!)
Brian got me a card, which he wrote in, he’s a writer and always writes something extra! The movie Fireproof and a box of chocolates.
I need to decide on dinner. Brian said we could go out with the kids or eat in take-out after the kids are in bed. I think I want to order in, maybe Chinese food. I’m really in the mood for some pot stickers and spring rolls. Plus, I’m thinking Reese’s blizzards for dessert while we snuggle up together and watch a movie. And of course, sometime in the evening I will have to model his V-Day gift, (wink, wink, nod, nod)!

I love how my husband can fix just about anything. One of the first things he did for me while we were just starting to date was unclog my kitchen sink.
And he’s a sports statistic guru..ask him where so-and-so went to college and he knows.
and he does math, too! If he couldn’t, my checkbook would never balance.

The one thing I love about my husband is his patience. My husband and I actually watched Fireproof on Valentine’s Day. We had a nice dinner at home and then watched the movie. It was wonderful. I would love to win this giveaway.

I love my husband’s ability to find happiness in even the most basic tasks. He can find a challenge or a lesson in the smallest things.

I admire that my husband never gives up even though life is hard. He keeps persevering through it all.
So much I love about that guy! But most of all- how he can make me laugh. We laugh about the dumbest stuff that would make NO sense to anyone else. And those are my favorite parts of my days.

I admire my husband because he would do anything for me and he always listens to what I have to say. When others don’t understand where I’m coming from…my husband always gets me.
