Scripture is love.

Brian reads the Bible every morning. In an effort to be the spiritual leader of our house, he leaves a note for me on the counter with what he has read that morning.  I love and appreciate this so much. It shows me that he has taken the time to be in the Word and see what the Lord has to say. It starts both of our days out right! I’m just really thankful for my husband. He is a good man.  He of course is not perfect, but he tries his best to be the best for our family.

Today’s Scripture left for me to read was 2 Corinthians 3 (MSG):

God is a living, personal presence. Nothing between us and God, our faces shining with the brightness of his face. And so we are transfigured much like the Messiah, our lives gradually becoming brighter and more beautiful as God enters our lives and we become like him.

I love Brian. I’m so thankful that the Lord has brought us together!
