Because making lists is so much fun, this is a work in progress!

1. I’m so afraid of things touching my eyes it took me until right before my sophomore year of college to get contacts. Everyone in the eye doctor waiting room clapped when I finally got them in because I screamed for joy as well as started jumping up and down in a grand display of excitement!

2. I have a major obsession with Lex Luthor (played by Michael Rosenbaum) on Smallville. I have stolen all of Dwight’s (my brother) Smallville Season DVD’s as well as purchased the last two. I watch it A LOT. I am also a huge Chlex shipper. That just means that I love the thought of Lex and Chloe together and read all the fanfiction I can get my hands on. Especially fics that have to do with pregnancy. Maybe obsessed is an understatement.

3. Speaking of obsessions, I have a huge one with anything pregnancy/baby related. I base a lot of my reading and watching selections on whether or not pregnancy is involved. That’s how I got hooked on LOST initially. So if you have any recommendations on movies or books that involve it let me know.

3. I have small toes. My Dad always says it’s a wonder I can walk upright! To make up for my small toes, I have giant big toes. Brian always makes fun of me.

3. I had a chicken pox that never went away and skin formed over it. It’s on my left leg and I am highly self conscious about it. Doctors have said it doesn’t have to be removed, it would simply be cosmetic and leave a white mark on my leg.

4. I have lived in several different places. Mostly due to my Dad being promoted and having to relocate. Born in Lima, Ohio. Babyhood until half of 1st grade in Fairport, New York. The other half of 1st grade and 2nd grade in Cornwall, New York. 3rd and 4th grade in Plano, Texas. 5th through sophomore year in high school in Naperville, Illinois. Junior year through senior year in high school in Chantilly, Virginia. 2 days after graduation high school moved to Dublin, Ohio. Went to college in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. Lived in Dublin, Ohio. Now live in Galloway, Ohio.

5. I have my belly button pierced. My Dad is strongly against piercings. He was not at all happy when I got my ears done in junior high. And definitely not happy with the second holes done freshman year in college. I actually took out my belly piercing when we went on a family vacation and I knew he would see it due to my two piece bathing suit. I was so afraid because I had never taken it out. I had my friend’s husband clip it off with a wire cutter. I then had it re-pierced after I went back to school.

6. I’m a Crest kid and will be one forever.

7. I like to clip nails, especially toe nails. I don’t have a creepy fetish, nor do I save clippings. Nothing gross like that. But snipping them always brings some sense of great satisfaction.

8. Love singing at the top of my lungs in the van, with the volume and bass turned all the way up. Whether I’m sad and crying or really happy. Singing is therapeutic!

9. I sucked my thumb when I was little, and when I say little I mean well into the 1st grade. My PopPop always asked what my thumb tasted like to make me want to suck on it. I always replied strawberries. My favorite fruit. Looking back I’m sure it was just wishful thinking on my part, because I can guarantee that my thumb doesn’t taste like strawberries now. A friend licked my hand in college once and said I tasted like chocolate, but she was very drunk at the time, so I disregarded her statement.

10. Favorite food ever, LEMON CHICKEN, hands down!

11. I had an intense childhood fear of gas stations. Every time my Dad went inside to pay I would have a vivid day dream of someone robbing the clerk, my Dad trying to stop it and getting shot and killed in the process. It caused me major anxiety. Sometimes I think that way when Brian goes in now. Not sure where that came from.

12. After years and years of mint chocolate chip ice cream being my favorite, I switched flavors to Graeter’s Black Raspberry Chip.
