Tonight, there was fun had by all.
Jason and Tammy dropped off their 3 kiddos so they could go play soccer. Our church has a co-ed indoor team that plays Friday nights. Kelly, Scott and their 2 girls came over around 7pm. Brian got pizza and breadsticks for the kids to eat while they watched Horton Hears a Who. Little Caesar’s hot and ready large pizza’s for $5. You can’t beat that! I helped Kelly work on her crochet project. She’s decided to learn how! Brian and Scott were watching this funny Youtube video. Once Jason and Tammy got back the adults ordered up some Chinese food! We chatted and ate and then played cards. The main game we played was 99.
I have always had an issue with math because I didn’t have the basics memorized and once the calculator came into play it didn’t matter to me anymore. But to play 99 you need to be able to add and subtract. I floundered a little, but made it through without too much fun being had at my expense!
Here are the rules. It really is a fun game. I challenge you to invite some friends over for some food and fun with 99! A little bit of fellowship does wonders for the soul!
