I think the majority of my stress and anxiety comes from the fact that I am so very disorganized.
I was most on top of things when I used my planner and got up and was dressed and ready to go before the kids.
Winter totally threw me off in both areas. Plus I’m more depressed and grumpy when it is winter..
I’m starting to feel better now that it is spring LOL..
So now I need to organize, schedule and declutter..
I think it will make a world of difference, especially with my stress and anxiety levels..
